As a user of Shappe Focus, you agree to:

• Not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App

8. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL SHAPPE FOCUS, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE APP. This includes but is not limited to:

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason at our sole discretion.
