Getting Started
Welcome to Shappe Focus! Follow these steps to set up your remote control system:
- Download and install the desktop app on your PC
- Download and install the mobile app on your smartphone
- Create an account or log in on the mobile app
- Enter the pairing code from your desktop agent into the mobile app - check notification tray if you dont see one.
- Start sending commands to control your PC

How can I use?
Shappe Focus supports natural language or predefined instructions:

Simply type or speak what you want your PC to do in natural language.
Is my connection secure?
Yes. Shappe Focus uses strict security measures for all communication between your mobile device and your PC. Your commands and data remain private and secure.
Can I use it outside my home network?
Absolutely! Shappe Focus works from anywhere in the world as long as both devices have an internet connection.
The desktop agent won't connect. What should I do?
Try these troubleshooting steps:
- Ensure your firewall allows Shappe Focus
- Check that both devices have internet connectivity
- Restart the desktop agent from your system tray
- Verify you're using the correct pairing code
- Try reinstalling the desktop agent if issues persist
- Try reopening mobile app and send requests.

How do I unpair my devices?
Open the mobile app, go to Settings, and select "Unpair Device". You can also right-click the desktop agent in your system tray and select "Disconnect".
